At Multisport Distribution we believe strongly in supporting athletes. We support both the stars of today and tomorrow and utilize their feedback in improving the performance of our products.

In 2010 we are supporting the following athletes.
Jodie Swallow
Jodie Swallow

Jodie is a world class triathlete with a long list of achievements including: three London Triathlon victories, several top five World Cup finishes, two junior European Championship gold medals and three National Triathlon Championship titles. However in 2009 Jodie recorded some excellent results winning the Singapore Ironman 70.3 and a truly pulsating performance to become the ITU Long Distance World Champion for 2009 in Perth. Jodie rode the Blue Triad SL to her World Championship victory.

Adam Bowden
Adam Bowden

Adam has been a successful athlete for many years, winning the English Schools, and National under 20, under 23 and senior steeplechase titles. Adam has represented England and the Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, Europa Cup, and European Cross-country championships.

In September 2008 Adam switched to triathlon to exploit his running capabilities and strong swimming background. In 2009 Adam recorded some impressive results and including 2nd place at the Windsor Triathlon on his way to 3rd place in the British Super Series. Adam has been selected to join British Triathlon’s Tri Gold scheme as he seeks to achieve his ambitious target of competing at the London 2012 Olympics.

Joel Jameson
Joel Jameson

Joel has been competing in triathlon for four years. Before triathlon he was a capable rower for 5 years, which set strong physical and mental foundations for the sport of Triathlon.

Joel started triathlon for one reason and one reason only, and that was to become an IRONMAN! He achieved that goal in only his 4th triathlon at the inaugural Ironman UK 2005.

Joel has since stepped down in distance from the Ironman and in 2008 Joel recorded results such as 5th at the UK 70.3, 8th at Antwerp 70.3, 1st at Ashbourne duathlon, and 33rd professional at the World Championships Ironman 70.3, Florida. In 2009 Joel was the winner of the Vitruvian and put in a strong performance at Antwerp 70.3 on his way to securing his spot at the Ford Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, Florida.

Joel’s aims for the next few years are to win a Ironman 70.3 and to continue ‘mixing it up’ at the front of the pack at Ironman 70.3 World Championships.

Vanessa Raw
Vanessa Raw

Vannessa Raw is a leading ITU Triathlete who represented Great Britain at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Notable results early on her career were 4th place Under 23 World Triathlon Championships in 2006
and was the National Aquathlon Champion in 2005.

Since Beijing in 2008 Vanessa struggled with numerous injuries that limited her to a number of races. However, towards the end of 2009 Vanessa has begun to regain her form and recorded three podium places in the last 3 ITU European cup races of 2009.

Todd Leckie
Todd Leckie

Todd is a leading ITU triathlete. In 2008 Todd recorded some excellent results including 4th place at the World U23 Triathlon Championships, 1st place at the British Universities Triathlon Championships, 3rd in the British Elite Sprint Triathlon Championships, and 4th place at the Malibu International Triathlon.

Todd is part of the British Triathlon Olympic Development Squad (level E).

Liz Blatchford
Liz Blatchford

Liz is one of the most consistent athletes on the ITU circuit. In 2009 she raced well at The London Triathlon to finish second and recorded an excellent fifth place in the highly competitive, Hy-Vee Triathlon World Cup, in Des Moines.

Liz has had many world-class results throughout her career including 1st places at Byron Bay Triathlon, Australia, New York City Triathlon, USA and the Laguna Phuket Triathlon, Thailand.

Eimear Mullen Eimear Mullen

Eimear started cycling in 2007 to keep her fitness up when coping with a running injury. Soon after she decided to take on the challenge of triathlon and is now beginning her second competitive season in the sport.

Eimear has recorded some impressive results so far this year including 1st at the Irish Duathlon Championships and 3rd at the British Elite Duathlon Championships.

Eimear's sporting background stems from Tetrathlon (similar to Modern Pentathlon) and she has represented both Northern Ireland and the UK in the sport.

Her future goals are to progress towards competing at elite level in triathlons and she plans to compete in some half ironman competitions.
